Three has a lot of perks, and one of those perks is a focus on rewarding existing customers, with the main way Three does this being through its Three Connect Together service.
This is essentially a family plan (or multi-line discount), giving you a discount off additional plans on your account. If you’re already a Three customer you just need to add one additional plan to your account to get this, while new customers can get it by taking out two plans.
And since Three Connect Together is Three’s take on a family plan, those additional plans can be for other family members – or if you’d rather get a second device or SIM Only plan for yourself, you can do that too.
But as well as Connect Together, Three often has other existing customer deals too, and we’ll also detail those below.
With Connect Together you’ll save up to 20% off the monthly cost of allowances on up to six additional plans. This applies to pay monthly phone plans, SIM Only plans, tablet and laptop plans, mobile broadband plans, and even 5G home broadband plans.
All of your Three plans and bills can be managed in one place, and all plans will have access to Three’s typical benefits, like the Three+ rewards app.
To qualify as an existing customer, you need to currently have a Pay Monthly contract on Three. That can be either a Pay Monthly mobile phone, SIM Only, a tablet, or a home or mobile broadband device.
New customers who purchase more than one qualifying plan will also qualify for Three's Connect Together discount.
Note that some plan types are only eligible for the Three Connect Together discount if they’re of certain durations. You can see the exact requirements for each plan type in the table below.

If you’re already a Three customer, just log into your account, and then purchase one or more new plans. If you’re a new customer, simply purchase two or more new plans. And in either case, the discount will automatically be applied to your next bill.
Note however that the plan needs to be 12 or 24 months long if it’s SIM Only, Data Only, or for broadband, and that the discount just applies to your allowances, not to the cost of any devices.

As well as getting up to 20% off additional plans with Three Connect Together, Three also offers some deals that are more specifically aimed at existing customers.
These include an ‘Anytime Upgrade’, which is the ability to upgrade any time after you’ve had a plan for at least 90 days. You have to choose a plan with the same or higher data allowance, and you’ll be given the option to trade in your old device to pay off the new one if taking out a device plan. However, you won’t have to pay off your current airtime of SIM Only plan.
Three also sometimes has discounted plans that existing customers can upgrade to. For example, at the time of writing we can see a 24-month unlimited data SIM Only plan for £1 less per month than the standard price. However, these deals will rotate, so log into your Three account to see what the network is currently offering.
